Does anyone know what's happening near Kingwood Lakes right now?

Is this the apartments. Or the village of KW lakes ?

When I was out a little while ago, I did see a lot of cars lined up on Valley Manor by KHS. I don't know what is going on, but it also made me wonder. I hope everything will be alright.
