License seekers must prove right to work in the US. JBCC is the Judicial Branch Certification Commission. Licenses Court Reporters, Process Servers, Court Interpreters, and Guardians. I just received this because I work in Texas courts. I think it only applies to workers in the court ststem, not state-wide. Interesting, eh? Good afternoon,
Attached is a bulletin from the JBCC regarding the new requirement, effective 10/1/2026, that to obtain or renew a license, certification, or registration from the Commission, you must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
