We are seeking an experienced and resourceful client service coordinator to manage the day-to-day relations with our tax and accounting clients. This position is fast-paced and is vital to the firm’s operation. The ideal candidate must be extremely detail-oriented and prepared to juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
The client service coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to: communicating with clients, network and office organization, maintaining databases, assembling tax returns, invoicing, document and data input/verification and assisting tax preparers with document organization.
**Experience with preparing tax returns for client signature and filing signed returns is required**
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a tax office is a must
Excellent communicator; superior written and spoken English
Great attention to detail - this positions requires someone who is able to multi-task and switch gears regularly
Friendly and professional demeanor
Experienced with all MS products: Word, Excel & Outlook
Dedicated to outstanding service
Desire to learn
Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time
Marketing experience and college degree, a plus.
Part-time, work from Home, but must be within close proximity to Kingwood, TX.
