Front office responsibilities:
Greet guests
Ensure the front desk, conference rooms and kitchen are clean, neat and presentable
Answer incoming calls and redirect to the appropriate person
Accept all mail and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments and collect mail to be sent out and put into mailbox
Track and order office equipment and supplies
Filing
Maintain kitchen area
Assists staff with projects as needed
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. Pleasant personality and attention to details. Ability to type 50+ wpm accurately. Experience working in a law firm or other professional firm is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
