Smart Safety Solutions is a fast-growing, family-owned, and operated business. We are currently in need of a Bilingual Assistant (English/Spanish) This role will support all departments and functions of the company.
The candidate must be flexible, reliable, punctual, and be able to understand and follow instructions precisely. The candidate must be able to exercise discretion, tact, and confidentiality when working with various clientele of the company.
The candidate will work bilingually with coworkers, clientele, and students. The candidate will assist in the translation of curricular materials and/or communications/letters (face-to-face, over the phone, in writing).
This position will require the candidate work some evenings and weekends (with notice) but will receive additional hourly compensation for hours worked during those times.
At times, candidate may be required to work on client sites.

This position will begin as contract and after 90-days, can be transitioned to employee. Hours will fall between part-time and full-time.
Compensation will be discussed and determined at the time of interview and will be based upon experience.
