In need of part-time receptionist for commercial real estate/property management company as well as executive office suite.
Job Description:
• Answers in-coming phone calls and emails responding to basic questions and/or forwarding calls and issues to appropriate parties as needed.
• Greets all visitors to the area in a courteous and professional manner. Answers questions within scope of responsibility, or directs higher-level questions and issues to the appropriate area as needed.
• Performs basic administrative support functions, including but not limited to scheduling conference rooms, receiving and logging information, making copies, sorting and distributing mail, preparing basic correspondence or documents, answering routine questions, providing information and directions, and taking and delivering messages for employees and tenants, making coffee, going to the post office as needed, coordinating move-in/move-out with tenants.
• Oversight of staff break room – preparedness and cleanliness.
• Depositing rent checks for multiple managed properties, both via mobile deposit scanner in office and trips to local banks.
• Email and phone correspondence with tenants regarding rent payments.
• Various additional administrative tasks as needed to assist brokers and employees.
• Maintain neat/organized work area at all times.
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to maintain a positive and courteous attitude and professional demeanor at all time
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer-service skill
• Ability and willingness to learn new hardware and software
• Good organizational skills
