Online retailer in Kingwood, TX is seeking a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative with sewing experience. This is an onsite position working (30) hours per week Monday-Friday.
JOB DUTIES:
Answer phone calls and emails from customers
Assist with Live Chat correspondence
Process orders and make adjustments to orders that have changes or problems
Handle shipping issues and help customers track items if needed
Call customers when necessary to advise regarding shipment delay or product replacements
Help customers with questions on quilting and patterns.
Coordinates or trace orders
Assist with fabric matches and quilt designs
Cut swatches and samples for customers
General housekeeping as required to maintain a safe workplace
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Sewing/Quilting skills are a plus. Must be able to answer questions or seek information on quilting
High School diploma or equivalent
Customer Service experience
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Proficient with basic computer applications including Microsoft Outlook and web browsers, willing to learn Gorgias and Trello
Active listener and possess excellent problem solving and communication skills
Correct grammar and diction
Must be friendly, courteous and helpful
