Position Overview
Create and maintain relationships with long-term clients by working hand-in-hand with brides and their parties. Provide the Whittington Bridal experience and go above and beyond for each bride. Attend trainings, communicate with clients daily, assist on the store floor, consistently close sales and uphold the Whittington Bridal standard.

Part-time Position: 20-30 hours per week. Benefits not available.

Essential Job Functions
• Meet sales goals, both personal and team
• Maintain a consistent sales closure rate
• Deliver the best gowns, fits, & styles for each bride based on their unique style
• Interact with the family & friends of bride
• Perform various tasks (steaming, light cleaning, tagging dresses, team projects, etc.)

Skills Required:

Requirements
• High school diploma
• Retail experience- 1+ years preferred
• Hard worker with initiative
• Team player
• Friendly, outgoing, personable
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional personal presentation & adhere to dress code
• Ability to take instruction
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
