Berkeley Eye Center, a nationally recognized leader in eye care located in Houston, Texas is searching for a Director of Marketing to help lead and oversee the marketing functions of the company. The person should be creative and self-motivated. The position will report to the CEO and serve in the lead role of developing marketing plans, strategies and results tracking. The position will oversee paid advertising, social media, internal marketing and collateral material.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with the third party consultants to develop marketing campaigns, PPC and SEO strategies
· Track and interrupt online leads
· Develop and update internal collateral material.
· Oversee and manage online reviews and social media activity
· Assist in developing and managing marketing budget
· Direct monthly marketing team meetings
3+ years Marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience with PPC and SEO campaigns
Solid analytical ability, with track record of “test & learn” mindset
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply.
Basic design work in Adobe or Canva
