We are looking for a Computer And Mobile Device Repair Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing laptops (PC and MAC) and mobile devices (cell phones and tablets). LINUX experience a PLUS! Excellent Customer Service Skills a MUST!!!!
Responsibilities:
Repair computers, smartphones (iPhones, Samsungs and other models) and tablets
Customer Service (check customers in and make follow up calls to customer about their repairs)
Use diagnostic tools to test laptops and mobile devices and determine issues
Provide expedient and quality repairs on customer’s smartphones, tablets, and computers
Computer and smartphone software repairs including re-installation of the operating system, tune-ups, virus removal, data recovery, and transfer, etc.
Computer and smartphone hardware repairs including replacement/installation of the hard drive, RAM, screen, motherboard/logic board, charge ports, etc.
Troubleshooting and analysis of issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Maintain high-quality standards of customer service and care.
Promote and up-sell additional products and electronic accessories
Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance customer service experience.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
COMPUTER REPAIR SKILLS ON MAC AND PC ARE A PLUS!
Technician knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
Apple and Android mobile device repair experience is preferred
Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
Demonstrate a high level of motivation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Customer service experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule
High school diploma

$9-11/hr depends on experience
