Diagnose technical issues, disassemble, repair computer/Mac and mobile devices, and reassemble devices. Work with customers to assess needs. Provide mobile device repair (iPhones, iPads, etc.). Setup Macs and mobile devices. Possess knowledge of Mac OS and IOS systems. Use specific tools to diagnose issues, and make recommendations for repair or replacement to customers. Test, troubleshoot,and diagnose computer hardware failures. Maintain an efficient and productive work area that will allow you to perform your repair duties in a professional and effective manner. Proficient with Microsoft office, Excellent communication skills.
