Must be experienced in scheduling, estimating, supervision and production operations. This is a key company position reporting directly to the owner. Your ability to contribute to strategic vision and execute that vision will set you apart from entry level supervisors and managers.
Skills Required:
REQUIREMENTS: 8 years experience in the Green Industry; Degree in Horticulture and/or Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) certification; Supervision of 2-4 direct reports and 50-100 indirect reports; Clean Driving Record; Bilingual in Spanish and English beneficial; skilled in use of technology-desktop, mobile and web environments; Display and Create an atmosphere of professionalism and accountability.
