ROLE
To contribute to the overall success of Coco Crepes, Waffles & Coffee by upholding our standard of quality food & drinks while providing each guest with a knowledgeable and extraordinary experience. A Coco Barista Boss is a friendly and upbeat individual, dedicated to the Coco concept of teamwork, consistency and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow company policies & procedures
• Utilize on-site tools
• Adhere to occasional performance reviews
• Build and maintain loyal guest relations
• Produce consistent & high-quality product
• Provide great service, consistently
• Possess complete product knowledge & present that knowledge confidently
• Successfully operate Point of Sale
• FOH cleanliness: routine equipment cleaning, bussing tables & general upkeep
• Produce & maintain pastries & baked goods
• Run food & service bar drinks
• Maintain personal appearance
• Have fun!
REQUIREMENTS
• Texas Food Handlers Certification
• Attributes: welcoming, friendly, vivacious and punctual
• Recent barista experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Interpersonal & communication skills
• Team oriented
• Knowledge of customer service techniques
• Physical activity including but not limited to: standing/walking for extended period of time,
kneeling, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Manageable availability (shifts vary from 4 - 6 hours)

To contribute to the overall success of Coco Crepes, Waffles & Coffee by producing chef quality food in a uniform & timely manner while providing each guest with an extraordinary experience. A Crepe Creator is an individual dedicated to the Coco concept of teamwork, consistency and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Learning & executing Coco recipes
o Master the art of crêpe making
o Prep & cook product
o Follow company policies & procedures o Utilize on-site tools
o Adhere to occasional performance reviews o Build and maintain loyal guest relations
o Produce consistent & high-quality product o Provide great service, consistently
o Possess complete product knowledge & present that knowledge confidently o Run food
o Buss tables
