A Birthday Director/Aides main goal is to entertain all kids, especially the birthday child! After all, they have waited ALL year for their special day! We provide exceptional entertainment and great customer service.
Planning a unique party for each individual is involved before the party, full dedication is a must for each child's birthday!

Must be creative and energetic with a positive attitude
Must maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods of time
Ability to work with attention to detail
Must be able to stand for extended period of time
Customer service and strong communication skills desirable
Must be reliable and able to work majority of weekends
Must be self motivated and a problem solver
