Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Offer customers industry leading product solutions
Offer high levels of customer service while enjoying helping clients

Compensation:
Compensation Range: $18.00 to $22.50 hourly, plus monthly bonuses
Benefits: PTO and health care cost are covered. Paid overtime is also available.
