Skills Required:

Valid and current State of Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
Mature and Professional
Previous Experience Working in Spa Environment (preferred)
Excellent Communication Skills
Comfortable Explaining Treatments to Customers
Able to Work Standard Salon/Spa Hours (Tuesday thru Saturday) - No Exceptions

Compensation:

Skin Occasions compensation is split into three (3) components: Hourly Rate, 100% of all Tips, and Retail Sales Commission. New graduates can expect to start at between $10-11 per hour while they are learning all services and transitioning their skills from the classroom to the day spa environment. All Estheticians keep 100% of the earned tips, and a new hire Esthetician receives 10% on all retail products sold. New hires with more years of experience can expect to start between $13-15 per hour.

At Skin Occasions are Estheticians are very well compensated. New graduate Esthetician can expect to earn between $27-32K their first full-year. Within 36-42 months of service at Skin Occasions, an Esthetician will be earning above $55K per year…all without exaggerated service or retail sales quotas.
