Kingwood property management company is looking for a professional, dependable, and courteous admin. assistant/bookkeeper. We are looking for someone who can effectively complete their duties with little or no supervision. Duties include answering phones, working with tenants and vendors, supporting executives and other staff members. Must have previous office experience, phone etiquette, and a positive presence in the workplace.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 3pm.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Some bookkeeping experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to maintain records.
