If this describes you, we have a place for you at the Candlewood Suites in Kingwood, TX. Part of Intercontinental Hotel Group, the Candlewood Suites- Kingwood is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to provide great service and memorable experience to our guests.

Skills Required:

• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assisting guests and resolving guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Performing any other job related duties as assigned.
• Accurately checking out guests and communicating departures with housekeeping staff.
• Maintaining the shift-to-shift log accurately to ensure proper communication between shifts is maintained.
• Recording and communication guest special requests and problems to appropriate department and ensures they are addressed in a timely and acceptable manner.
• Greet, register, suggestively sell rooms, issues room keys, assigns rooms to guests and sets wake up calls in an efficient, warm and friendly manner.
• Make, confirm and cancel reservations via telephone, computer and in writing.
• Answer and route internal and external phone calls in an articulate, friendly manner using prescribed procedures.
• Posts charges such as room, food, or telephone, to ledger.
