Skills Required:

*Requirements of the Licensed Massage Therapist

Energetic, positive, can-do attitude
Be prompt and prepared for scheduled shifts
Ability to design specific sessions based on client's individual needs
Knowledge of various modalities
Educate Guests with Knowledge and confidence on the services, products and programs available.
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, Retreat management, and sales staff
Understand, believe in and promote the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
Perform three consecutive 50-minute quality massage therapy sessions
Must carry liability insurance.
Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
Must hold current State of Texas Massage Therapist license
Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts/hours which includes weekends.
