We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, customer service, and roofing solutions. This role involves engaging with clients to assess their roofing needs, providing expert recommendations, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The Roofing Consultant will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs through site visits and consultations.
Provide detailed product demonstrations and educate clients on various roofing options.
Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through project completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure that projects are executed according to specifications and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements

Proven experience in direct sales or inside sales; outside sales experience is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous; ability to leverage technology for presentations is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $100,448.00 - $110,928.00 per year
