Position Overview As a stylist, you are a brand ambassador for Whittington. Not only do you provide a fun and easy experience for brides and their parties, you also have their best interests at heart and a passion to find and create that Wedding Day look that she’s been dreaming of.

Part-time Position: 20-30 hours per week.

Your Job Functions
· Meet sales goals; maintain a consistent closure rate
· Command your appointment, educating and guiding both the bride and her party- resulting in the finding of her dress
· Maintain communication and relationship with all assigned brides
· Perform various tasks (steaming, light cleaning, tagging dresses, team projects, etc.)
· Perform administrative duties such as managing the store email, answering phones, and other desk responsibilities


Requirements
· Must be fluent in English and Spanish
· Retail and/or Customer Service experience required
· Must be over the age of 18
· Ability to bend, squat, twist, reach, lift and carry 30 pounds
· Ability to stand or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
· Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
· Ability to multi-task
· Professional personal demeanor and presentation & adhere to dress code
· Ability to take instruction, pivot, and be innovative
