ProRoofing is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Roofing Canvasser & Project Manager. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to play an essential part in both our canvassing and project management efforts, ensuring the successful generation of leads and smooth execution of roofing projects.

Primary Role - Canvassing: Your main responsibility will be canvassing residential areas to generate roofing leads. You will help homeowners identify potential roof damage, offer free roof inspections, and schedule inspections with our licensed roofing inspectors. This role involves door-to-door interactions and requires a friendly, personable approach to build trust and rapport with homeowners.

Key Canvassing Responsibilities:

· Utilize the SalesRabbit app to assign territories and track canvassing activity.

· Engage with homeowners by providing information about free roof inspections and insurance claims.

· Collect homeowner information, schedule inspections, and enter data into our CRM system.

· Distribute marketing materials and flyers, following up with leads and revisiting homes where homeowners were unavailable.

· Build trust by providing homeowners with expert knowledge on roof damage and the insurance process.

· Coordinate with our roofing inspectors to ensure timely follow-ups and successful lead conversion.

Secondary Role - Project Management: On build days, you will step into the role of a Project Manager, ensuring roofing projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the satisfaction of the homeowner. You will be the main point of contact for both the homeowner and the roofing crew, ensuring smooth communication and management of the build process.

Key Project Management Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing them with regular updates on their roofing project.

· Oversee roofing installations, ensuring all special instructions are followed and high-quality standards are met.

· Inspect the worksite, monitor crew safety, and ensure all materials are accounted for and properly installed.

· Take thorough documentation throughout the project, including before, during, and after photos, to ensure proper record-keeping.

· Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring a professional appearance.

· Address any concerns or special instructions from the homeowner, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-service-oriented with a positive, friendly demeanor.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

· Previous experience in roofing or construction management is a plus but not required.

· Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesRabbit/Acculynx) is a plus.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

· Must have a valid driver's license.
