Job Description:	We are looking for an experienced, ambitious roofing Project Coordinator/Customer Consultant located in the greater Kingwood area to add to the Madd family. This job specializes in residential roofing and handling storm related claims. The job duties involve selling door to door, performing roof inspections, explaining insurance procedures to customers. Your responsibilities as a project coordinator include communication between insurance companies and home/building owners, following up daily with various tasks, and keeping everything organized. Previous roofing sales experience is required. You must have a self-propelled ambition; drive to succeed. Our customers come first, must be 100% customer oriented. Our goal is to help people in any way that we can. We have a customer base of 5k plus on the ac side and are consistently growing on the roofing side. Requirements Must have at least 5 years roofing sales experience Have a detailed sales history portfolio Excellent references Local to the Kingwood, Porter, Atascocita area Must have experience negotiating with insurance companies as well as knowledge of Texas law Must be Xactimate certified Will not be responsible for running install crews Commission based or Salary plus commission Must be extremely presentable in person as well as have wonderful people skills Walking roofs is required Must be able to write up detailed home inspection reports for home sales and purchases Company Description: Madd Roofing is locally owned and operated by Charles Enriquez a local Kingwood resident.
