I am hosting a fundraiser for a local Kingwood family, Daniel and Jackie Haynes for their oldest daughter, Taylor Haynes on 12/18 from 12:00-4 pm at Lake Houston Brewery.

Taylor was recently diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of cancer called Ewing’s Sarcoma and it is Stage 4, meaning it has spread and it is in her lungs. Taylor is only 15 years old. The fundraiser event will raise funds to pay for Taylor’s chemotherapy and radiation as well as her previous three surgeries she has had to remove the tumor, and complete biopsies on the tumors found in her lungs.

At the fundraiser event, we will have a band for entertainment and will host a raffle with gifts including a Mackenzie-Child’s teapot, YMCA has donated a 6-month family membership and The Nest is providing gifts from their local Christian bookstore. Kingwood Screen & Graphics is making t-shirts to benefit the Haynes family.

This fundraising event is being held to assist with Taylor’s staggering medical costs to pay for her chemotherapy and radiation as well as her previous three surgeries she has had to remove her tumor and to complete biopsies on the tumors found in her lungs. This event will support the Haynes family and Taylor in her fight against cancer.
