Just Breathe Event Details:
Learn simple and effective breathing techniques to calm the mind and clear the body of anything that causes dis-ease.
Mindful awareness will break unwanted habits and strengthen your immune system. No experience necessary. Everything is done either sitting in a chair or standing.
This restoratative class takes place every first and third Monday of the month in meeting room 1.
