The Kingwood Service Association (KSA) is a non-profit organization focused on enhancing the community, civic, and social welfare of the Kingwood area. Serving as a vital link between the community and local emergency services, KSA facilitates cooperation through its Public Safety Committee. The committee, which includes representatives from member associations, works closely with the Houston Police and Fire Departments to address safety concerns and enhance neighborhood security. Monthly meetings are held to strategize and implement safety measures for Kingwood residents.

Parks and Recreation

Incorporated in Texas on September 13, 1976, KSA owns and maintains several parks in the Kingwood area, including:

• Creekwood Nature Area
• North Park Recreation Area
• East End Park

These parks provide residents with serene and well-maintained spaces for recreation and leisure. 

K Sticker Requirement

Access to the parks is exclusive to residents of KSA-member communities, who must display a numbered "K-Sticker" on their vehicles to gain entry.
