High quality conversational love seat made by Flexsteel. Bought new from Furniture Traditions but used in our formal living room and hardly sat on at all so it's in excellent condition. Has matching fabric armrest covers. Moved to new house with no formal living room so need to sell ASAP. Difficult to get a good picture where it is. No spots or stains and is not saggy or faded. Nonsmoking home. Price reduced one last time.
