As part of our ongoing "Getting to Know Your Local Businesses" series, this week Kingwood.com sits down with Ginger Miller of Fitness Done Right.

Tell us a bit about your business:  What does your business offer, and how long have you been around?
Fitness Done Right offers personal training to Kingwood area residents. I specialize in strength, core, flexibility and balance training, weight loss and nutrition coaching and much more!   

How did you decide to get involved in this line of work? How did the business get started?

I have always found fitness to be a must in order to maintain good overall health and well-being. Our health is our greatest asset!

What is your favorite part of running this business?
Fitness Done Right is owned and operated solely by me, Ginger Miller. This gives me the opportunity to work first hand and personally with all my clients. I provide a different workout for my clients each time we meet, which keeps each workout interesting and never boring. 

Who is your ideal customer/client? Who do you serve best?

My ideal client is the one who wants to live a healthy and active lifestyle. 

Can you tell us something about yourself as the business owner? What is your background?

I have several certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) including corrective exercise and fitness nutrition. I'm also twice certified with the TRX training system, a full body, all core resistance exercise program. I also offer partner and group training, in home training, Boot Camp training and HIIT (high intensity interval training).
