Those dogs from resident evil are of the sweetest nature. They were just portrayed as a slightly aggresive dog by some evil godless graphic artist and has given them a bad rap... don't judge what you don't understand.

@xjamiex: Detroit is just the first as an example. Folks left because the city has no employment and no money. In that article it states the area of abandoned property in Detroit is equal to the size of the city of San Francisco. Estimates of up to 350 feral dogs per square mile.
