She does a free consultation for every new client where she'll come out to your house and get to know you and your pets and go over the contract. Her visits include anything ranging from a quick potty break, daily walk, feedings, and even overnight stays. She's insured, which protects you as well as her. She'd be more than happy to talk with you and explain her services. Be sure and check out her site, it explains a lot.
