are you going to do natural or have an epidural? (if answer is epidural, enter the "natural is not that painful")
what kind of bottles are you going to use
breastfeed or formula (nipple confusion!)
have you started to look at daycares, they have a waiting list you know
you must have a rear facing car seat until the child is at least 2
are you going back to work (then if you answer yes, wait for the "aww, that sucks look")

OK, even worse, is when you have that one day your child decides to have a tantrum in the store. It is only the day you have to have the milk you went in for...

And the mom's will stare at you like you are the devil. I hated that. Still do. When I see a mom going thru this now, I always walk up to her and smile and let her know we all know how she is feeling, because if you have a child, you do go thru this.

I had one day, when my son could not be satisfied. I had to get the milk, I was almost to the check out when he lost it. BUt you know, I went on and checked out. I just wanted to smack the witches giving me the stink eye. It was the only time he ever did this, but I felt so awful. For him and me.

So when you ladies see this happening to other moms, give them a smile and just let them know they aren't alone.

So Hubby and I were driving out of the parking lot of the hospital with our newborn in the back seat and it was eerily quiet. He stops, we look at each other and start crying and laughing. It was a moment I will never forget because we suddenly realized, "OH ****" we now have a baby and where is the owner's manual?!?

It was classic and sweet and scary all at the same time.
