Here is a good recipe for yorksure roles, they go awesome with any thing with gravy.
 2 cups flower , 3 eggs, 1 and 1/4 cup milk mix well so it looks like pancake batter. Then put a little put of oil along the bottom of a muffin pan thing and cook at 350 for about 20 minutes, then butter the tops, they are awesome.

Still reminiscing about the gumbo that I bought in LaPlace yesterday and also oysters in Metatie. Mmmmm.

Is it bad that I'm still in my robe and its 1:15 in the afternoon?  I'm not used to this life style of not having to be any where.  I'm also thinking about making a martini.  The one I had yesterday at lunch was good, but yesterday I was dressed.

Is it bad that I'm still in my robe and its 1:15 in the afternoon?  I'm not used to this life style of not having to be any where.  I'm also thinking about making a martini.  The one I had yesterday at lunch was good, but yesterday I was dressed.


@Francita:   Yes, it's bad to drink a martini in a robe at 1:15 in the afternoon.  If you're going to have a martini in the early afternoon, you should do it naked and walking down the street.

German Train:

the connecting doors opened, and in walked Yasin A., 22. Yasin grabbed a handrail with both hands and swung his feet up against the window in a macho little burst of energy. Bam! Unfortunately, swinging feet-first from the handrail into a window succeeded not only in bursting the glass, but also in sucking Yasin out of the moving train!

Several days later the body was found, completely by coincidence, when workers were changing a fitting in the area.

Police spent two days trying to reconstruct what had happened.

It began with simply missing an elevator, the proverbial straw on the camel's back. With stresssed-out rage, Angry Wheelchair Man rammed his chair 3x against the lift doors, (bam! bam! bam!), angrily breaking through and falling down the rabbit hole of the elevator shaft to his death. This dead 40-year-old lives on as a poster child: Stress kills. Gravity kills, too.

@ retired engineer ...yes he was , an electrical engineer , he was home based out of Chicago  , but worked from his office in Ohio . I bet you also had the same sign my dad did ...."6 mos ago I coldn't even spell engineer & now I are one "  ( LOL) I think all engineers have that one .....
