I am looking to share files between a group of people.  Mostly so we have access to a schedule easily from our phones.

I use mobile life by cozi. Keeps all schedules for all my family and apointments all in real time. It even keeps your grocery list and everyone can update it as they need things.... And did i say it was free?

I use drop box and like that I can log in from any computer and have my stuff available.  I've also used Ubuntu1 for sharing and like that there's a web front-end so my electronically challenged relatives don't actually have to install anything.  Plus I can send a link to their email and limit how long they have access etc.
