"New and improved" *head bang* puh leeees
Using the word 'went' instead of 'said'. 'The little girl went, "oh no!"' for example. Went where?)
"Needless to say" not exactly bad grammar, but annoying.
Incorrect possesives, such as "There's some brownies in the fridge"

wander, wonder.......  You WANDER(physically) around, and you wonder(in your mind) if things will happen.

Double negatives....ugh....  "I don't got none."  "I don't want nothing."

I hate it when people misspell thing on purpose because they think it is cute, like "cuz wuz pepl dis teh moi luv"; and so on. Then when they try to formulate a sentence it is completely incoherent and makes absolutely no sense at all.

I keep seeing this and it is making me homicidal.

You may have seen a thing.  Or you might see something.  But you do not need to say I seen that over thar.  

I can put up with most everything else.  Just not this.

My pet peeve is bad grammar in professional settings. It doesn't bother me in texts or message boards but if I'm reading a newspaper, magazine or a professional web page, or formal letters I expect proper grammar.
