When he goes to visit family on a road trip without me.  I pack him a survival goodie bag.  Fresh fruit, nuts, protein bars, 5 hour energy, bottled water, etc...

The Mrs. is still asleep when I leave.  I sneak in a kiss on her face.  I would rather her rested than get up with me.   She is nicer that way.

@Zephard: i'm pretty sure that's kenny's theory too! haha! however...when we have leftovers, which is most days, i'll ask him if he wants me to pack them for him. most of the time he either doesn't get a lunch break, or he's out with clients...so it's a waste. but he'll usually take them anyway.

I am not a wife but if I was a stay at home wife I would wake up and make breakfast and lunch for my husband.
If I work well then he is S.O.L
I do make my DS breakfast the mornings I am not stuck at work.  They really look forward to it.

We have 4 kids and I work. If we have leftovers from dinner I will pack those for him but otherwise he is on his own. When I was a stay at home wife/mom we met him out for lunch most days.

I wakeup/stay awake until 9pm to get him off and make sure he remembers his lunch then I wake up at 7am to eat my breakfast and his dinner until he goes to bed at 10am to wake up by 6pm.
