yea I called them earlier Heather, They are day time only. The other one is just a vaccination bus that sets up.....I have actually used those before for puppy vaccinations as they are really cheap....LOL
I just kinda thought doing it at home would be nicer but didn't really prepare for that option.

I don't know of any here, but my Mom's vet did that for her when she had to put her GSD down. They had been his vet for 13 years and they were so sweet to come and do it at home for him and her both.
@vlabroski:
Yes Virginia Hajovsky in Huffman did that for my Mother one time, and she also put my 18 yr old Chow mix down and came outside her place and did it in the grass for us because we didn't want my dogs last moments on a vet table. But she was both mom and my regular vet at the time and dont think she will do it again being we havent used her in 12 years. Because we just moved back to kingwood a while back, and dont really have a regular vet out here, I cant find any that will even come out to the car and do it...again I don't like doing this on a vets table but wont have a choice, as its time.

Thank you Lola unless things change between now and this afternoon he is going to drive out after his office closes at 2....I cant thank you enough for the referring him...now that place knows how to treat people when up against such stuff and will be my vet for our next dog. I can tell you there is one humble ER vet and one Atascocita vet that will NEVER get my business again, there are just some things you DONT say or even suggest to someone losing a family member dog OR Human. It may just be business to them but to us its death of a family member and a little bed side manners can go a long way with me AND my pocketbook will open much wider for people with half a heart!

I am glad you got things figured out. My vet is great but would never do anything like this one would. I may switch too. I second your opinion of the ER Humble vet. That place is AWFUL!!!! Too long of a story to tell, but I will NEVER go there again. Best wishes to u on this sad day.

It's a real shame that a community this size has to rely on the ER in Humble for after hours emergencies. Their prices are ridiculous. It's all about the $$ with most of these vets.
