But I must have clicked on something, because I just got a message that said Message has been set to ignore. Or something like that.  How do I undo what I did?

Go to the message board main page, then click on the little "gear" icon on the right hand side of the page (next to the search bar), then click "Ignored Threads" -- you can take a thread out of your Ignore list there.
