Does anyone have the vacum cleaner that roams the house? We have two dogs and keeping up with all the hair is frustrating. I would like to know if they are worth their money. I happen to be allergic to dogs now and we have two of them. So I have no choice but to constantly vacum.
It's way cool, dog and cat hair is it's specialty. You will love it. Just make sure you buy the one with the laser borders (Usually comes with it) to prevent it from falling down the stairs or going where you don't want it to.
That sounds like something I'd like. But don't the dogs chase the vacuum around??? I can just picture my two pouncing on it and barking wildly the whole time.
That's what how I feel Lola!! My dogs don't really mess with the vaccuum. But that's because I usually have them outside when I clean and they bark at the door instead. Haha! I would love an automatic vaccuum, but I would be so upset if the dogs killed it.

Yea, now I ctate them or put them out but hate it if they come in dirty after I have cleaned! Yesterday Lola sat in the baby pool that had some rain water in it then ran up and down the fence then cooled off again several times. She was a mess when she came inside. Good thing I had not cleaned yet. But at 8 last night I bathed her then mopped floors.
Get the furminator brush too. Just use it brush your dogs a couple of times a week, and it cuts out the shedding by 80%. I have a monster black lad, and I use to have vacuum or sweep every day. Now I brush him 2x's a week, and I only have to vacuum the floors once a week now.
Oh, and use some conditioner on your dogs when you bathe them. This really cuts down on the shedding too. I use a teatree oil shampoo and conditioner. This is a natural flea repellent as well.
I have one but don't use it. The dogs leave it alone but it stops frequently and says I have to adjust the brush? I never could get it to run with out error messages all the time. Maybe I got a defective one?
Well, I cant bath them since I am allergic to them. SO hubby is suppose to but that is rare. So I take them to the groomer taked up on allergy pills. I hope this will allow me some more comfort and less medication..
I would love to get a robo vacuum, but with 4 dogs, I don't think it could keep up. besides the fact, I think my dogs would freak out - when I run my "normal" vacuum, they all run outside and hide until I am done... lol...
My pets hate the upright vacume, but they don't seem to mind the robo vac. And I mistated that I had a roomba, I have the Neato. It maps the room with a laser.
