Some of the best parents and sitters in the world have messy houses. You know why? BECAUSE THEY PLAY WITH THE KID, they spend time doing stuff with the kids instead of cleaning...LOL
I pass almost everything you posted except I have a dog, even though she is old and spends 90% her time sleeping in our room and any children I watch would never even meet her...LOL
Also I have not babysat in quite a few years because I was spending my own time raising my youngest.
I have answered quite a few ads on here and nothing panned out. I ran an in home day care for 10 years but took a break so lost most my references. I was so darn good when I did it, I had a waiting list but yet no one seems to want to use me and I have come to the conclusion that the once a year media horror stories has scared parents and most seem to think even God himself isn't good enough to watch their kids.
I hope you find someone but I think just about everyone you talk to is gonna fail at-least one criteria you have. I once thought that most around here charged WAY TO MUCH to care for children but now Im seeing a trend that the parents want so much in return I can almost understand the outrageous prices people ask...:-/
