I'd advice you to go the Salvation Army store, and see if they will let you volunteer in exchange for some things from the store.
Otherwise, save up what you can, and buy most of what you need from thrift stores, or yard sales.
And I hope no one lets you have a pet. You can't feed or shelter yourself without begging, you aren't able to own a pet at this time. It is time to grow up a bit.    art of that is being aware that you can't afford a pet at this time. Go volunteer at a local animal shelter and you can pretend all those sweet dogs are yours
