@hgmag: East End Park does require K stickers, but if you don't have one, you can just park at the middle school less than 1/4 mile from the park. That is what I have done.

What about a pot luck pool party at one of the public pools? Sometimes you can have the pool kept open late for parties, I just do not know how to do it though.
It is not easy to get a K sticker we had to give our insurance, DL and registration all had to have a Kingwood address. Insurance and DL no problem but when your new to the area and your registration doesn't expire till November they make it impossible for you to get one.

@Kristinatx9: My insurance and registration still had my old address on it, they let me bring a bill to show I lived here and they gave me the sticker.
