Little bugs with wings

There are a bunch of little bugs with wings hanging out by my kitchen window. Anybody know what they are? They are outside not in the house.
I killed them with do it yourself pest control spray.

I am thinking Termite or flying ant? The window is surrounded by brick though? I know there is wood frame under for the window.

Guess I should call terminex? There are a bunch of dead ones by the window now. I will take a photo in the am, it's just too dark out to get a good photo. Plus they are so small.
