Killing of Child Molester a homocide

The girl’s father, 23, whose name has not been released, says he caught Jesus Mora Flores, 48, trying to molest his daughter on his ranch earlier this month. After hearing the girl scream, the father found her and removed Flores from on top of his child, the statement said. He proceeded to inflict several blows to Flores’ head and neck area, the statement said.
"At this time, I believe the homicide investigation should be sent to the grand jury," Heather McMinn, the Lavaca County District Attorney, said in the statement.

Well, I say lets see what the grand jury has to say before jumping to conclusions.

It was self defense for his child. I would hope any father would beat the Sh@t out of some-one trying to molest a child.

I think any jury would find the father not guilty. As a father, like any father(I hope), would have done the same thing.

This is the same backwards justice system that calls it murder when a guy kills a thug who has mounted him, and who is smashing the man's head onto the ground.
No jury would (hopefully) convict this guy.

glad to hear that , I was glad the dad killed the SOB , it was just another child molester off the streets if you ask me. If anyone touched any of my kids I would have shot 1st & buried the body ...no questions need be asked.
