Still shocked that this was ever an issue brought before them. Millions was wasted. But hey, it wasn't there money right? With unemployment what it is, they think this is what America is concerned with. Yet the bs that goes on inside the Justice Dept is ignored.

it's just money & as we all know our government thinks it grows on trees , the problem with that is we are loosing our trees because of the draught , I wonder if our governament knows that the entire world is in a draught right now & we can not afford to loose any more trees or throw away any more money on stupid crap ....just sayin'....

So the fact that maybe the government just had a stick up it's butt and wanted to "teach" Clemens a lesson, or make him an example, is not even on anyones radar?

The fact they are doing it all again with Lance and are fix'n to spend MORE of dollars on some "get even" plan, makes no difference to anyone?

No wonder we are where we are.

The gubament should not be sticking their nose into sports. There should be an independent league of crooked gentlemen that decides the fate of crooked athletes, paid for by over paid pro sports teams. JMO

There should be a law forbidding any govt. intervention with any individual within the sports arenas. If they want to look at the industry and make them pay, then that's fine with me. If they want to spend millions on just one mutha-Fkr, they need to do in on their own dime, not ours.
