It's not worth the 40 minute drive. Unless you want to hang out and watch the people of Traders Joe's. Watch them exit their SUV's with their reusable bags. Count the # of men with soul patches or pony tails.

I bet Kingwood will get one eventually. They are probably testing the waters in The Woodlands right now....and if that one does well, which I am sure it will, then they will probably add more locations. I can't wait for the one in River Oaks to open up since I work just down the road. I have been with Trader Joes since the beginning, when I lived in Northern California.

Now, all they need is to open an In-N-Out Burger out here, and I will be a happy little California transplant.

Trader Joe's is basically a store with all the aisles most avoid at the normal grocery store. Most food is overpriced. But the pretentiousness does smell nice.

SUV, Hummer, Pick ups are all good. I just find it funny when one goes to all the trouble of using the reusable bags (concern for the environment) but then drives a Tahoe.
