This is the question the paper is to be about:

Compare and contrast the pros and cons of the adoption of U. S. Constitution as offered by the Federalists and Anti-Federalists.

Would you discuss the pros and cons of just the US Constitution or the pros and cons of the Anti federalist constitution (Articles of Confederation) vs the Federalist constitution (US Constitution)?

Personally I would approach it comparing the pros and cons of what each party offered. Support your reasoning with why something was a pro (or con) and how it would effect the U.S. having it in our Constitution. Put yourself in the position of a federalist, what would you feel was negative/positive about the Constitution? Then do the same for the opposing view point. There would be different ways to approach the question, hopefully this helps get you thinking. Good luck!

That's a pretty poorly worded question.  The anti federalists' ideals helped shape the Constitution.  For example, their influence shaped the Bill of Rights and separation of powers with three branches.
