Homemade laundry soap

Anybody else tried it? I made a batch last week it's working fine haven't noticed a deference over the store bought.

Yep!  I made a batch and sent it back to college with my dd a few months ago and am using it now as well.  Haven't noticed any difference that the name brand I used to buy.   Here is the recipe that I used: 


3 Bars of soap (whatever scent you would like)
4lbs Borax
4lbs Arm & Hammer Washing Soda
4lbs Arm & Hammer Baking Soda 

Grate the soap with a grater and then mix all ingredients together.  Store in an airtight container.  
Use 1-2 Tbsp per load.
