People make mistakes. But when Bush, a self described poor public speaker, made mistakes people jumped on him as stupid.
Obama constantly makes mistakes. But the media and others, including Obama himself., keep saying he's a great orator and a genius. Heck, some people even get shivers up their leg when Obama speaks.
Yesterday Obama claimed he, of all the presidents in history, knows the most about Jews. He said people can't question him about Israel because his Chicago friends are Jewish.
BTW, although a WH staffer issued a "regret" about the Polish death camp comment, Obama himself hasn't issued a regret or apology. That would be pretty simple. "It was just written and spoken in an odd way, and we don't think that the Polish people came up with the camps or ran them. They were Nazi death camps. I'm sorry for saying it the wrong way."
