anyone missing large black lab?

So I have posted this dog on all KDC, KYS & KU. I will give him a bath and take him to vet to see if he has microchip. I called the SPCA to see if they were able to take him in case I cant's find his owners, they said NO, they have not taken any strays in 3 months. They said I would have to call the city pound......BARC.

So if anyone knows of somebody who may want a black lab, please let me know. He appears to be around 3-5. So sweet, does well in the crate.........I can't keep him, I have too many dogs already.

Did you see any signs anywhere?? He is obviously somebody's pet if he is that well behaved and does well in a crate....- probably just got out. I hope it isn't someone who is gone for the weekend, and the dog got out and they don't know yet......Hopefully he is micro-chipped!

Bumping for BIG BUSTER. Haven't seen any signs

I feel bad, I have to crate him 24/7, and he is starting to whimper, but I have no choice. He has such a good temperament and is obedient. If his owners don't claim him soon, I will have to take him to BARC or MCAS.

Obviously his owners don't care about him, so sad.

There is a sign in Woodland Hills about a senior black lab.. don't know if it said missing or found though...

If u go by there tomorrow, will u look @ the sign and see what it says, I would really appreciate it.

Buster is so sweet, my senior yellow lab just loves him. She lays in front of his crate, so sweet.

I have a feeling he is an outside only dog, but he sure has taken to living indoors, lol.

Received an email tonight via KYS, I believe the owners have been found. His name is Rex and he is 11 years old. This dog does not look or act 11 at all.

When I called him Rex just now, he turned around and looked at me, so we will see.

Did you call Animal Control to see if anyone is mising this Lab? The owners could have called them to report him missing. Also, you could check the local veterinaians around you to see if they recognize the dog? Just a thought.
