Found puppy wandering on 494 Loop

Hi,

Anyone lost a small puppy? She was found wandering on the 494 Loop yesterday.
Estimate to be 3 months old and looks like a Border Collie mix.

I saw on The Woodlands dot com some one dropped off a bunch of border collie pups behind someones fence on the side of a road.

What are people thinking now a days?

she doesn't really look TOO much like a border collie, but that may be the mix that is strong.....
